WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty policy applies to hand-printed artworks, printed products, and ceramic jewelry purchased directly from Leap And Linger via the official website (www.leapandlinger.com) or authorized platforms.

B. WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Hand-Printed Artworks & Printed Products: Due to the handcrafted nature and the delicate material of paper, these items are not covered under warranty. However, Leap And Linger provides care guidelines to help preserve their longevity.
  • Ceramic Jewelry: Covered by a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including cracks during the firing process, glaze defects, or peeling unrelated to external impact.

C. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

1. Hand-Printed Artworks

Each hand-printed artwork on Dó paper & Xuyến Chỉ paper possesses unique details and variations. While these items are not covered by a standard warranty, Leap And Linger offers replacement or compensation via an e-gift card within 48 hours of receipt if:

  • The artwork is torn or damaged due to shipping issues.
  • The artwork received does not match the order.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video upon receipt to be eligible for support.
  • Traditional handmade prints should be stored in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain their quality.

2. Ceramic Jewelry

Leap And Linger provides a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including:

  • Unusual glaze peeling (not caused by impact).
  • Cracks appearing immediately upon unboxing.
  • Production defects affecting the aesthetics or functionality of the piece.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Strong impacts, drops, scratches, or improper use.
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals that may cause discoloration or surface damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs made outside of Leap And Linger.

📌 Important Notes:

  • If a product qualifies for warranty, Leap And Linger will repair or replace it with an equivalent item, or provide an e-gift card of equal value.
  • If the item is no longer available, customers may exchange it for another product or receive an e-gift card of equivalent value.
  • All warranty-related shipping costs (if applicable) are covered by Leap And Linger. Customers do not need to pay additional fees.
