1. In-Store Pickup

  • Customers must provide order details (name, phone number, order confirmation email) at pickup.
  • Pickup location: Room 402, No. 11, Alley 183, Dang Tien Dong, Trung Liet, Dong Da, Hanoi, Vietnam.
  • If someone else is picking up the order, their name and phone number must be noted in the order’s remarks, and they must have the order confirmation email for verification.

2. Hanoi Inner-City Delivery

  • Orders are delivered via 4-hour express service.
  • Estimated delivery time: within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

3. Nationwide Delivery

  • Orders outside Hanoi are shipped via GHN, Viettel Post, or similar services.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 - 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via USPS Express or partner couriers.
  • Processing time: 24 hours; delivery time: 14 - 24 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Weather conditions may impact delivery times.

9. Return & Exchange Policy

A. Order Complaints

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their package.

  • Complaints without video evidence will not be processed.

B. Exchange Policy

Returns are not accepted (for printed products), except for ceramic rings under specific conditions. Instead, we offer e-gift card refunds equivalent to the order value in the following cases:

  • Products damaged during production or shipping, incorrect items, or non-standard products.
  • Customers who ordered the wrong ring size must file a claim within 48 hours. If eligible, they can return the product for an exchange (one-time exchange only, with pre-paid shipping fees).

C. Exchange Regulations

  • Exchanges for different colors or sizes must have an equal or greater value than the original order.
  • Processing time: 3-5 days (Hanoi), 7-14 days (Vietnam-wide), 10-24 days (International).
