A. Order Complaints

If you have any feedback or complaints, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Important Notes:

  • Please record a video while unboxing your package as proof in case of breakage (for ceramic jewelry), tearing, damage (for prints and other printed products) due to shipping, or missing/wrong items.
  • Complaints will only be processed if accompanied by a complete unboxing video.

B. Product Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns (for printed products), except for ceramic rings under specific conditions outlined below. Refunds will be issued as an e-gift card of equal value to your order, applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product is broken, damaged, torn, or defective due to Leap And Linger’s fault, incorrectly shipped, or does not meet our quality standards, we will issue an e-gift card of equal value, redeemable once.
  • If you ordered the wrong ring size (ceramic rings), you must submit a claim within 48 hours as mentioned in Section A. After review, you may return the product following our instructions and receive the correct size. Please note that exchanges are allowed only once, and the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

C. Exchange Regulations

For color or size exchanges:

  • The exchanged order value must not be lower than the original order.
  • Exchange processing time:
    • 3-5 days (for orders within Hanoi city).
    • 7-14 days (for suburban Hanoi orders).
    • 10-24 days (for international orders).
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and must pay in advance.

For incorrect or defective products:

  • We will issue an e-gift card of equal value, redeemable once. Processing time:
    • 3-5 days (for orders within Hanoi city).
    • 7-14 days (for suburban Hanoi orders).
    • 10-24 days (for international orders).
  • We will cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items, and no additional payment is required from the customer.
