The artwork Cổ by Thuận Ngô (Trevor Rouge) employs the overprint technique. The overlaid imagery is a photograph personally captured by the artist, depicting old Vietnamese collective housing. These images embody the urban memory of Vietnam residential blocks once deeply tied to many generations, representing an era of cramped living yet filled with communal bonds.

Layered atop, the linocut print symbolizes a woman whose flowing curves evoke clouds and wind. She is not a portrait of an individual but rather a symbolic presence enveloping the weathered concrete structures beneath. It feels as though the spirit, breath, and emotions of humanity are sustaining the memory of the city. The carved, submerged clouds suggest an ethereal quality: an invisible bridge between the harsh reality of collective living and the deeper realms of spirituality and dreams. Clouds, at once natural and temporal, engage in dialogue with the weight of concrete.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cổ is copyrighted by the artist Thuận Ngô (also known as Trevor Rouge) and exclusively distributed by Leap And Linger.
The work is printed on Giấy Dướng, a traditional Vietnamese handmade paper crafted from the bark of the Dướng tree, commonly found in northern mountainous regions. Compared to Giấy Dó, Giấy Dướng is denser, sturdier, and more water-resistant.
Cổ makes for a meaningful gift for loved ones and friends. It is also a unique piece to collect, display, and integrate into living or working spaces.
The original design of Cổ was first hand-sketched in the artist’s notebook, then manually transferred onto a linoleum block. Each block was entirely hand-carved and hand-printed, resulting in subtle variations in every print (due to differences in humidity, ink application, roller pressure, and printing sequence). This uniqueness is a hallmark of printmaking- no two prints are ever identical.
Limited edition of 80 hand pulled prints, each individually numbered and signed by the artist.

If someone else is picking up your order, kindly add their name and phone number in the order notes and forward them the order confirmation email for verification.

Same-Day Delivery (Hanoi Inner City)

We offer a 4-hour express delivery service within Hanoi.
Delivery time: Within 24 hours from order placement.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout, calculated per order.

Domestic Shipping (Outside Hanoi)

Orders for other provinces are shipped via Vietnam Post, GHN, Viettel Post, or our logistics partners.

We use USPS Express and other international couriers.

Return policy

A. Order Complaints

If you have any feedback or complaints, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Important Notes:

Please record a video while unboxing your package as proof in case of breakage (for ceramic jewelry), tearing, damage (for prints and other printed products) due to shipping, or missing/wrong items.
Complaints will only be processed if accompanied by a complete unboxing video.

B. Product Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns (for printed products), except for ceramic rings under specific conditions outlined below. Refunds will be issued as an e-gift card of equal value to your order, applicable in the following cases:

If the product is broken, damaged, torn, or defective due to Leap And Linger’s fault, incorrectly shipped, or does not meet our quality standards, we will issue an e-gift card of equal value, redeemable once.
If you ordered the wrong ring size (ceramic rings), you must submit a claim within 48 hours as mentioned in Section A. After review, you may return the product following our instructions and receive the correct size. Please note that exchanges are allowed only once, and the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

C. Exchange Regulations

For color or size exchanges:

The exchanged order value must not be lower than the original order.
Exchange processing time:
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and must pay in advance.

For incorrect or defective products:

We will issue an e-gift card of equal value, redeemable once. Processing time:
We will cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items, and no additional payment is required from the customer.

Warranty policy

A. SCOPE OF COVERAGE

This warranty policy applies to hand-printed artworks, printed products, and ceramic jewelry purchased directly from Leap And Linger via the official website (www.leapandlinger.com) or authorized platforms.

B. WARRANTY PERIOD

Hand-Printed Artworks & Printed Products: Due to the handcrafted nature and the delicate material of paper, these items are not covered under warranty. However, Leap And Linger provides care guidelines to help preserve their longevity.

Ceramic Jewelry: Covered by a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including cracks during the firing process, glaze defects, or peeling unrelated to external impact.

C. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

1. Hand-Printed Artworks

Each hand-printed artwork on Dó paper & Xuyến Chỉ paper possesses unique details and variations. While these items are not covered by a standard warranty, Leap And Linger offers replacement or compensation via an e-gift card within 48 hours of receipt if:

The artwork is torn or damaged due to shipping issues.

The artwork received does not match the order.

📌 Important Notes:

Customers must provide an unboxing video upon receipt to be eligible for support.

Traditional handmade prints should be stored in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain their quality.

2. Ceramic Jewelry

Leap And Linger provides a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including:

Unusual glaze peeling (not caused by impact).

Cracks appearing immediately upon unboxing.

Production defects affecting the aesthetics or functionality of the piece.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Strong impacts, drops, scratches, or improper use.

Exposure to harsh chemicals that may cause discoloration or surface damage.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs made outside of Leap And Linger.

📌 Important Notes:

If a product qualifies for warranty, Leap And Linger will repair or replace it with an equivalent item, or provide an e-gift card of equal value.

If the item is no longer available, customers may exchange it for another product or receive an e-gift card of equivalent value.

All warranty-related shipping costs (if applicable) are covered by Leap And Linger. Customers do not need to pay additional fees.
