This Co-working Art Space is strictly an independent studio. It is designed for experienced printmakers, artists, and hobbyists who are already familiar with linocut, rubber printing, or monoprinting, and can work confidently without guidance.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Welcome to the Leap And Linger co-working art space - a private, 18m² minimalist sanctuary hidden in a quiet alley of Hanoi. We created this fully equipped printmaking studio for artists who need a peaceful environment to focus on their craft.

To ensure maximum privacy and a high-quality experience, we only host a maximum of 2 artists per day. The studio is always kept clean, well-organized, and ready for your creative flow. You can take your time, carve your blocks, roll your inks, and enjoy unlimited tea and snacks in a space that feels entirely your own.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSION

We offer flexible time slots from 1-hour sessions to 1-month memberships.

For Hourly/Daily Sessions (Half-day, Full-day): Simply use the booking calendar on this page to select your preferred date and time slot.
For Memberships (1 Week, 15 Days, 1 Month): Please select the date and time for your FIRST visit (your check-in day). Your membership pass will be activated from that day forward.
Prefer to pay later? You can also reserve your spot without paying upfront by messaging us directly via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. We will manually block the calendar for you!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING?

Everything you need to print, minus the carving block and fine art paper. Feel free to use our shared professional tools:

Equipment & Tools: A4 and A6 printing presses, barens, ink rollers, 6 basic carving blades, paint knives, spatulas, glass palettes, mini glass mullers, and heat guns/hair dryers.
Inks & Paints: High-quality water-based inks (8 colors) & oil-based inks (5 colors), 24-color stamp inks. Leningrad 24 watercolor set, basic gouache, acrylics (pastel, neon, metallic), pigment powders, and black sumi ink.
Cleaning & Setup: 70% & 90% alcohol, glycerin, kerosene, disposable gloves, aprons, arm covers, and clean newspaper for padding.
Stationery & Test Paper: A6-A4 White Ford paper (70gsm) for test prints, pencils, markers, rulers, scissors, cutting mats.
Refreshments: Unlimited light snacks, tea, cakes, candies, and drinks.

ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE (NOT INCLUDED)

Since every artist's project is different, blocks and specialty papers are sold separately right at the studio:

Blocks: Linoleum / rubber carving sheets (A6 to A4 sizes).
Fine Art Papers: Traditional Vietnamese Do paper (2-ply & 4-ply), Xuyen Chi paper (Dragon motif, metallic orange/red), Roki paper (200gsm), Canson/Happy art paper (250gsm-300gsm), colored paper, and tracing paper.

ADD-ON SERVICES

Gift Packaging ($2.50): We can pack your final print beautifully! Includes mounting on cardboard, an OPP bag, a Leap And Linger postcard, ribbon, and an eco-friendly paper bag.
Shipping: Delivery within Hanoi city (Free), outside Hanoi within Vietnam ($4), and International shipping (from $8/130g, depending on weight).

OPENING HOURS & LOCATION

Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Closed on Sundays.
