1. Where are Leap And Linger products made?
All Leap And Linger products are proudly handcrafted by Vietnamese artists and artisans, entirely in Vietnam.
2. Are Leap And Linger ceramic jewelry pieces fully glazed? What materials are used for prints and other printed products? What is the ceramic jewelry made of?
To ensure durability and beauty, all Leap And Linger ceramic jewelry pieces are fully glazed. For glazing details, please refer to each product description. Our prints are mostly hand-printed on Dó paper or Xuyến Chỉ paper using oil-based or water-based ink. Other printed products are made with fine art paper, couche paper, and more—please check each product description for specifics. Our ceramic jewelry is crafted from Yellow Earthenware Clay and High-Grade White Clay from Jingdezhen, China, and Kaolin clay from Bát Tràng, Vietnam.
3. Are Leap And Linger ceramic jewelry pieces fragile? Do they scratch easily? Are they heat-resistant?
Our ceramics are fired at 1260°C, making them durable for daily wear and heat-resistant. However, strong impacts are not recommended. The glossy and matte glazes may scratch over time when in contact with sharp or hard objects. Pro tip: If you're concerned about scratches, go for lighter-colored pieces from our color palette! While our jewelry can withstand heat, we advise against sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock. Sounds funny, but it’s true! Just like glass and ceramics, extreme temperature shifts can cause cracking.
4. How should I clean my ceramic jewelry, prints, and other printed products?
For prints and paper products, keep them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. To remove dust, simply use a soft, dry brush—never use water or harsh chemicals.
For ceramic jewelry, you can rinse with water, and if needed, clean with hand soap or dish soap. Our ceramics are also dishwasher-safe, except for those containing 24K gold details—keep those away from harsh chemicals or scrubbing!
5. What should I do if my order is missing items upon delivery?
Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with an unboxing video, so we can assist with replacements or other support. Kindly note that after 48 hours, we will no longer be able to process claims.
