Shipping policy
Worldwide shipping:
Leap & Linger is proud to offer worldwide shipping services. We will carefully package your product and ship it to the address you specify. Shipping times may vary depending on specific location.

Return policy
For printed products:
Returns of gift cards due to printing errors or damage during shipping are accepted.
Returns are not accepted for color variations due to the natural characteristics of linocut prints.
For ceramic and porcelain products:
Returns of gift cards are accepted if cracked or damaged.
Returns will not be accepted if there are color differences due to long-term use.
For our products:
You will be able to exchange goods within 7 days of receiving the goods (will be based on the date of delivery according to the postmark) in the following cases:
We delivered the wrong color, wrong size (For ceramic and porcelain products), Wrong product, goods damaged during delivery.
The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the item previously selected by the customer. If the customer chooses a product of lower value, we will not refund the difference.
Warranty Policy
7 days warranty:
Linocut prints are warranted for 7 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty includes printing errors and damage due to manufacturing or shipping errors (Please record a video when unboxing the product and send it to us. We will not issue a warranty without a video unboxing the product)
14 days warranty:
Ceramic and porcelain products are warranted for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty in case the product is cracked or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping errors (Please record a video when unboxing the product and send it to us. We will not issue a warranty without a video unboxing the product)
Policy for workshops
1. Receive Service:
- Leap And Linger is committed to providing quality service and great experiences for customers participating in our workshops.
- We will provide all necessary information about the workshops, including content, time, location and cost.
- Customers will receive professional guidance and technical support throughout the process of participating in the workshop.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Leap And Linger does not support refunds for workshops that have been deposited or paid in advance.
- Instead, we will accept requests to change workshop dates if notified at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop start time.
3. Request to Change Date:
- Customers can request to change the date of the workshop by contacting us directly through the following methods:
