(Hanoi) Workshop: Lino Handmade Carving and Stamp

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

• The Basic Linocut Rubber Carving and Stamp Making Workshop by Leap And Linger introduces you to carving linocut rubber sheets. In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll experience transferring sketches onto linocut rubber, learn to use carving tools, explore different types of paper, and, of course, print your creations. No prior experience is required to create something you’ll be proud of. Moreover, all workshops are conducted one-on-one to ensure personalized attention and high-quality learning.
• Over the course of 2-4 hours, enjoy light snacks while exchanging knowledge about Linocut carving and basic stamp-making.
• Note: Suitable for ages 18 and above.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS WORKSHOP?
Included:

• Light snacks and one 350ml bottle of Lavie water.
• Tools provided for use during the workshop (not to be taken home): Basic carving tools, printing ink, ink knives, etc.
• Materials provided and yours to keep: Supplied paper (Dó Paper, Xuyến Chỉ Paper), carved linocut, and your printed artwork.
• Free shipping within Hanoi.

Not included:

• Shipping outside Hanoi but within Vietnam: $4/order.
• International shipping: Starting at $8/130g, with additional fees for larger or heavier orders.

DURATION
A minimum of 2 hours and 30 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours per session.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• Leap And Linger will help you bring your ideas to life by carving them onto linocut rubber sheets. If you already have a sketch, that’s even better—this will make the process quicker and more enjoyable.
• Take home: your printed artwork, the carved linocut rubber sheet, and materials tailored to your style! You can reuse the rubber sheet at home to print on clothing, fabric, plastic, or other surfaces. All your creations will be neatly packed in a bag for you at the end of the workshop.
