Scuba Blue is part of the TAIYAKI collection by artisan Nomi Bùi, inspired by Taiyaki (たい焼き), the famous Japanese fish-shaped pastry. This crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside treat comes with sweet or savory fillings. In Japanese culture, the sea bream (tai) is a symbol of good luck, happiness, and prosperity. The shape of Taiyaki itself carries wishes for blessings and a bright future - exactly the message behind the TAIYAKI collection.
